Unfortunately due to the ever increasing cost of shipping dangerous goods through couriers and bulk freight, we are no longer able to offer free shipping.
New Zealand Post is no longer accepting LiFePO4 batteries for rural deliveries. If you live rurally, please provide an alternative town/city address for delivery. If a rural address is supplied we will ship the battery to the nearest Main Freight or PBT depot.
Other items will be shipped to rural addresses as normal.
We do not ship to Stewart Island and Great Barrier Island, but we can deliver to the nearest PBT or Mainfreight depot.
For shipping to the Pacific Islands we are happy to deliver items to any Freight Forwarder of your choice. We do not deliver to the Chathams or Stewart Islands.
Pickup up is available from our Auckland warehouse by appointment. Please contact us for details.
A restocking fee of 20% applies to orders that were made in error or due to a change of heart. If an item is returned so it can be replaced with an alternative product the 20% does not apply.
Items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
It is at the buyer’s expense the cost of returning any faulty goods to us. For goods sent overseas, the buyer is responsible for returning the faulty goods to us and covering the cost of freight for any itmems that we have to send overseas.
